From the Founder

I created Her New Era because I know what it feels like to try to grow a business, take care of clients, and keep it all together — and how lonely and exhausting that can feel when you’re doing it on your own.

I wanted to create a space that makes growing your business feel doable — and where you’re supported as a whole person, not just a stylist.

At HNE, we don’t just teach you how to grow your business — we teach you how to take care of yourself while you do it.

Because being independent means wearing all the hats, and if you’re running on empty, nothing works.

That’s why we’re the only place where you’ll get business and hair education alongside real-life tools for managing energy, time, and stress — and having an actual life outside of work.
